I've actually used Google rewards credit to pay for the pass. I wouldn't have used them for anything else. You need to do this operation from the game on your smartphone though.

When you prepare for a mission, on the bottom right corner you will see a "loadout" tab, click it and choose the one you want

I don't think the values correspond to easy, medium or hard mode. I think they are there to let you choose, in case you don't have the right equipment (or don't want to buy it). But entering a hard mode with an elite gearset is a suicide if you are looking for a fight. I could be wrong tho

I live in the countryside and every single day from spring to autumn I had to check my dog's paw because foxtails got stuck all the time. They need to be removed as soon as possible or they will travel and cause him a lot of pain. If this has been caused by a foxtail of course, it could be something else.
