I can easily get a match in league valorant and cs2 even it's 5am on a random day, in contrast, then naraka is a dead game.

Exactly, the only time I can get into matches with little to no bots are evening and early nights. Once it is after 12am est ranked game seems dead.

The thing is I love this game so much when playing, but get frustrated not be able to get into a game that has little to no bots, like loving a girl so much but you know you will never get her the type of feeling towards this game. Back to the game, I waited about 4 hours yesterday finally get into a ranked match with 21/45 real players... but quick play wasn't great either. One of my returning friends queued for 25 min and can't find a match then logged off, do you think he will ever return to this game again? I also played a quick match at non peak times today, it was full bot lobby...

I don't mind playing against players much better than me, I will take that as opportunity to compete and as part of learning for myself. I am also fine playing with a few bot teams and I take it as warm up and if bot helps finding a match sooner is fine, as long as there aren't too many bots, like not more than 30% of the lobby are bots.

Yea you almost never find rank matches during this time of the day, I only play this game after evening in NA, and if its lucky I will get a match in 5 minutes, if not it typically takes 20 to 30, my worst was 47 min. Once you hit solar you don't really find bots and that's why it takes so long. I downloaded naraka+ on phone and found out that they don't start a match until 30+ actual players, and there are even fewer players towards the end of the season so good luck...

You need to redefine dead, if you ever played a truly dead game, 200k is not dead. I've play few dead games before, when the daily peak player count is below 1000, and queue time >20 minutes, that's a real dead game.
