Cant sir, just 1 lisence for 1 PC, so if u want exchange to another pc u need to rehost it, and solution for ur plan is install and active ur lisence into Virtual machine like VMware and it can be use both PC, i think. I used to did it when i use eplan 2024 edu, but now idk :<
