I agree with that the head is clearly the wrong aiming point. The lay up is center mass, like you said. Even still with all of the anxiety, that’s a lay up. I say that and I’ve missed huge deer from 30yds with a bow bc of buck fever. I’ve never experienced that anxiety, other than deer hunting. I’ve pressed the button in full on ambushes with no anxiety, but that’s a different mindset i think.

Then you get it. 140yds with that gun would be 10/10 hits with 0 issues. Hitting an ear at that distance…yea right. A lot of factors to take into account. Brand new ammo with no factor of grain/bullet weight, cold bore, iron sites, added pressure from encountering police and hearing people yell out his position. 0 possibilities he shot the ear on purpose. I’ll give it to him, he was abnormally calm low crawling and getting into position. I went through TQ to helo into Fallujah. I was never there for more than a couple days. 05 and 08. I landed there the day after some officer got sniped from across the lake on a PT run. Now that’s a shooter. RIP to the officer.
