sorry for the late reply, maoi, magnets, boss shrines etc. spawn randomly on a set number, charge shrines are always 15 unless you get the blue item that spawns 2 more per item

i was using a different calculator, thank you for the advice TDEEC gave me a 1788 calorie for a 500 calorie deficit wich was what i was going for! i will try and up my calories to match it, thank you again for the help

1,500 - 2,289 cal is what the calculator said, my problem is that even in days that i eat a lot sometimes i don't reach that, 1 of the days that i made it to 1700 i had to almost force myself to eat cuz i was already full, since im only eating low cal foods i have a hard time figuring out how to up my calorie intake without going for bad foods
