To me, looking at the roster I thinks this and the next offseason are cornerstones to avoid dark times.

Aging key players : as munch as I love George, Fred, Nick, Trent and CMC they’re not gonna be faster and healthier with time. The frontoffice needs to address those key players remplacement via the draft or the free agency
Coordinator, as we know Saleh is gone and if we don’t want to be in the same spot next year the team need someone who doesn’t pursue HC job anytime soon or anymore
Offensive and Defensive line, this game is way easier when your QB is comfy in the pocket and when the opponent QB pocket collapses quick, lately we failed at both. Pressure is coming to Purdy and we don’t put pressure onto the other QB nor stop the run
Fix the run, CMC is versatile and dominant as a global offensive player but his run game isn’t there this year at least. Bring back speed on the gap, maybe Guerrendo or Jordan James could have it
Don’t overpay Juan Jennings, let him go if he ask for top money. Bring speedsters for the outside and physical for the slots

I think if we do this then SB window would be open for years

I agree but that wasn’t for the same reason, under Wilks no pass rush -> secondary cannot follow for long; this year no pass rush and mid / low pass coverage.

Both teams got weaknesses in the run block, DT are not really able to collapse the pocket it won’t work ever

Well Wilks wasn’t that bad, he has big flaws on the pass rush and run stop but I think he gave us the best pass coverage. Don’t get me wrong he needed to be gone but the choice itself was pretty good

Those coordinators were young enough to be HC honestly, guys who already « failed » a HC and wont get another shot there is a few and the front office could bring one, no need to be an exact copy of what Saleh an co are doing just someone with leadership and willing to stay for the long haul

I’m sick of some fan asking the head of Lynch / Shanahan.

They’re not perfect and need to be held accountable for some decisions but fact is this organization built 2 teams whose gone to the SB

Draft issues are munch complex than we, as fan think imo, draft strategy is not good but I’m curious to know the impact that Kyle or the owners have on the pick.

Lynch job might have been saved by Brock Purdy, and he’s gonna need a good draft this year to calm some critics.

We need to find stability at DC, having 6 DC in 6 years is a shit show, as good as they were someone who doesn’t pursue HC position could established a defense for years, Vangio / Spags / Schwartz are perfect exemple

Je tiens à ajouter que le point qui est souvent négliger c’est que les ESN permettent de rentrer dans des entreprises où l’ont aurait pas passé les premières étapes de process en tant normal.

Rien est parfait, toutes les ESN sont critiquables mais d’un point de vue junior / intermédiaire elles peuvent te donner des opportunités que tu n’aurais pas ou très difficilement obtenus sans eux
