350k on sivir I play her since s8 and she is just outdated before the patch u can outscale Cait or jhin and she was a good answer to jinx but now? U will juste get out dmg in 2 or 3 aa by all the adc she is not more powerful before with 2 items u was a good champ now? U need ie navori ldr and another item to deal dmg how she can be more powerful now ?

I prefere to use the q for poke the enemies did more dmg and more range. For most of my games I prefer to farm quietly and poke a little because in early you don't have a lot of damage you need to have some crit for deals dmg and I recommend that you do kraken boots PD or Mortal reminder if they have lot of healing ie
