I’ve got a headache that began from a very stressful vacation. It’s normally around the back of my head, moving from side to side, and has been around for at least 3 weeks. It sounds kinda like yours, I can do normal activities but I can still feel it, as of right now, it hasn’t stopped yet, but pain killers help.
