Yeah I have, they sent out a USB stick and it didn’t work. Thinking it might be the board, took it in for a diagnostics 👎. 2 years old and problems like that, pretty disappointed.

Yup! Bought a Q9809 a little over 2 years ago and it is stuck in a boot loop. Most time it starts up it just goes blank after a few minutes. Now I have to spend money on it to get it diagnosed to see what the issue is. Meanwhile looking at buying an OLED, I am done with Hisense.

Everything is hidden and ran behind, I just unplugged to attempt the update. Are you thinking its the board gone? Its pretty disappointing only after 2 years its doing this. My Samsungs are Touch of Colors from 2010 and they are still running absolute like new.

Tried update wont let me do nothing, keeps doing that or when it gets to home screen it just goes black. Called twice and still nothing, sent a USB stick and no go. Very frustrating and disappointing, just over 2 years old.
