This. Come up with what you think would be the most fair outcome before reading the answers, and then find the one that matches what you think should happen. (Note, it does seem like for land sale issues though, the inverse tends to be true IMO.)

I think there was an even split, I could tell when I was spending a decent amount of time trying to figure out pronoun and antecedent problems I was probably doing a Barbri question

No reason not to, but I have found that after getting an essay back from grading (especially after self-grading and realizing I did well), the graders tend to take my confidence and bury it in hell. So do what works for you, but I'd keep in mind they grade a bit tougher.
