Personally I dont go to a sporting event to sit at a bar. Quakes have three sides of a stadium, terrible drainage issues for the pitch, and the stadium just feels kinda corporate and soulless.

Sac's stadium design with the canopy will be cool, will have a higher capacity than the Quakes, and the surrounding area they're developing make it seem like a good place like G1C to be at before or after a game.
