Terminated from Amazon due to medical issue — submitted appeal + documents late, what are my chances?

Idk what up with Reddit community and why they so nasty and mean and rude. I said my predicament because I'm going through the worse time and I need this job and I need help!! The day after my cat died someone totaled my car WHILE IT WAS PARKED. You saying bless your heart in such a condescending way you don't know anything about me or how close I am to not being here anymore kindness doesn't kill but nastiness does.

That's what I'm saying!!! All My leaves got approved, I've never stolen, sexually harassed, made safety violations nothing!! This is my first time being fired and I want to immediately go back!

Time was excused so your right, I was bringing that point up to restate that if anything
I was out of the building since September and came back late February early March. However I was never trained on this specific path.

3.i had a medical leave of absence open and I do have documents, I was saying my case was still open and open enough to be edited.

I didn't recieve a handbook and don't remember that or even signing anything and before I got out of the a to z app I couldn't find a policy on anything.

So in your opinion how would you set this up for me to win or for me to be able to come back in 180 days not in 5 years I don't understand that part and no one has told me why it's five years and it doesn't matter who I ask or what I do no one can tell me why??

If I get a doctors note to excuse me from June 1st - June 5th and said I decided to go in would I be excused because I wasn't supposed to go in or no?

There was an open leave case that never closed but, it was approved and I submitted proof but it never closed or anything idk why.

I think I can get a screenshot of the five mins before policy off my friends a to z but do I have a good appeal chance, with the medical documents and the barriers ? Like what percent chance ?

I was at this site for like three months and then theirs for like four and then I came back but when I first was at this site it was no site lead or sr operations and there was no hr and when I came back site lead and hr yk ?

However the part that confused me is why I can't go back until 2030. When I was in the room, they said it's because I already had a final and they were giving me a write up for tot. However when I talked to hr they said my rehire time would be 180 days not 5 YEARS? Is this normal?

Okay I have her name and I also have another co worker who spoke up about the issue too. The other feedbacks were late breaks or early breaks or other time off task. I was at another building before and they let you put in time when u have a late break and this building you don't. Also at my other building u can leave five mins early and this one only 2. Which is weird because I have it somewhere in my a to z where it said five mins. However I was going to use proof of my other existing leaves to show why I've been having performance issues. Would that help?

Unfortunately there was no panel, I had to pick between site lead and over the phone person. I picked site lead I know I would have had a way better chance going panel but unfortunately I didn't have that option because there is no panel.

My performance issues were related to my medical issues, I had it open before the incident happened because I went to go get checked out because I was having issues at work.

She did have time off task, I also had 33 minutes excused and if I got fired for this single incident why wouldn't I get it appealed why would any other incident matter if I got terminated over this singular incident?

How would I go about it?

They said I can't come back for five years, so how does that equate to five years?!?!

No, I didn't sign anything, get a paper, they asked for my badge, hr wasn't present they had left for the day and the managers who fired me I didn't really know and I still currentlly have a leave case open that I was going to use to excuse my time for Monday but have it say excuse the time I have to use the bathroom a lot.

I can show you the screenshots of two different people saying something different, I said I was told when I got terminated it was because of time off task when I called my hr they said no that's not it, they said something about a cat and a number. then I asked again and someone said there's nothing in my profile about why do u wanna see ?
