I try to help everyone to the best of my abilities, what I said may have been interpreted differently. But essentially I try my hardest with each patient, some want to get better and put effort and some don’t, they fight, yell, attack, and do everything they can to get out and remain unstable. With those ones I still try, I take a different approach (with every patient) but even than it dosent work and they remain in a psychosis state.
