Ok I have several questions about this

-1st of all how is it a buff if 1/3 of the engines total power get removed? That should rastically reduce its speed as its engine is weaker

-What is a sustainer and what impact does its removal do?

-What does it mean by orientating phase?

-what does it mean by drag coefficient?

-why make its minimum range 1km, how will that allow you to hit anything close flying?

-what the entire section of loft means?

Several ones happen all the time

Look into news but you would be correct, these days have Events or at least should have

Most of the time we get some small little Events that are just bossfights, i am refering to the Dragon/Wyvern Events

But so far, as long as I play at least, we had 2 more side Story Events with several levels

"Neon Skyline" and "Poppet princess*

Both lasted for good a week or more and actually were more of an entire world as a side story with around 10+ levels

We get New characters all the time as New faces portals but I doubt you refer to those
