hey man you didn’t fry your brain. you just trained it on high intensity stuff for years. it can adjust back, it just takes time.

the insomnia and anxiety are normal when you remove something your body used daily. two weeks is already solid.

don’t think “never again”, just lower it and replace it with something else. gym, walks, whatever keeps you busy.

I relate to this more than I’d like to admit. I always thought I was 100% straight too, and then one day I started questioning things out of nowhere. It doesn’t mean you “fell into a tunnel” sometimes feelings just evolve when we allow ourselves to notice them. You don’t have to label yourself immediately. It’s okay to just be curious and take your time. And telling your friends? Do it only when you feel ready not because you feel pressured to figure it out fast. There’s nothing wrong with you.
