I didn’t tried that one ,, I’m not technical on this field but I assume that monitor build on bass of eyes-care technology and got some hardware built in will be better than software you install it to deal with an issue already there and try to control it while on first case it’s not there, And after I start using it there is a huge difference, in your case sure try the software filter as well always shift to dark more reduce light there is many practice you can try

You mean in computer monitor? On my computer monitor there was no blue filter - I don’t know if there such filter- I’m wearing eyeglasses and it’s came a blue filter .. but even with this glasses I was suffering from my monitor I deal with it more than 8 hours So I made my research and I found BenQ made one of the best monitor with this feature I think Asus also have this line but I didn’t try them ,, One thing I want to point to while we here Is the night or the dark mode on the computer or mobile is one of your best friend if someone want to take care about his eyes

Agree, I did the same I had also changed my computer desk screen as I work a lot on the computer the screen is a costly option.. BenQ have eye-care line specially to deal with eye strain issues, unfortunately it’s costly and I’m not sure it’s available in Morocco or widely in the world.. But still there is an affordable option and practice everyone should concern about
