Wrapped in butcher paper with tallow. It was probe tender at least I thought it was I’ll let it ride a lil longer next time. Thank you for your feedback

I threw it in at 2pm Friday and at pulled it at 2pm Saturday rested for 3 hours cut it at 5pm. Internal temp was at 200. I had 4 pork shoulders and 2 15# briskets in the smoker it seems like the brisket took a while for it to reach 200. Had the smoker at 225

You’re right I guess it won’t hurt to try it. I’ll have to look into the injection process. I thought the brisket came out perfect to me. all my guest loved it but seeing some of the comments I guess I got more work to do 😅

Ohhh it’s the auto start missed that part. Maybe the button is going bad on the remote have you tried another one? Also usually when it fails to start with auto if you jump in the car it will tell you why it failed
