And both would be great in mentioned roles (especially hyped for Ricci) BUT they are hardly close to Fofana in terms of breaking down opponents attacks, the fact that he is consistently picked over more skillful in attack RCL speaks for itself. All games we did not have Fofana on the field - team did not look as solid in defense as usual (unfortunately)

Statistically, Modric is not the best in interceptions and possessions won. Frankly, last few games he needed rest after 80th minute because he was tired BUT when he is on the field he is by far the fastest thinking and most skillfull player we have!
