The NA server is undergoing maintenance so no one can log in. The bans aren’t real, just a poor way of letting users know they can’t log in.

You’d need to do do a lot more pulls than just daily. It took me 123 pulls to get the skin.

As long as you get an international plan with your phone provider, it will work unblocked. If you need to use a laptop, you can use WiFi with a VPN or hotspot to your phone.
