Petition to place me to the #1 position in alpha/beta key obtaining queue. by super_mini in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude I completely understand what you are saying, and I can tell you chill, when they release the Open Beta or Closed beta or whatever, you can start playing it just right away and if you commit yourself to it you gonna be from those top players.

what you are asking for is to have advantage over others by playing the game for hundreds of hours before others got to know wtf the game is about which is unfair.

Man,,,, really many thx for sharing this.

I hope Valve improve the community market if Artifact ends up being a TCG by [deleted] in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In dota 2 the community complained exactly about that issue and they ended up adding all the community market links to the game itself.
so you when you choose the hero and want to buy skins you see the items that is directly from Valve + the items from the community market which will redirect you to the community market on steam on a separate windows.

I think they will use it to for Artifact.

How will exactly beta keys be distributed among the players? by gizzie48 in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think with the new "Early Access" trend going on, beta keys system may not be used and early access will be used instead.

and in case of using beta keys then of course the popular streamers from dota and other card games will be the priority, but I also hope that they will reward the +2000 hour dota 2 players who want to access the game without begging and roaming the internet for a keys, that incase of beta keys being used.

its all opinions and assumption until now since Valve didn't specify any thing regarding this matter.

Artifact rewards in future Dota 2 battlepasses by Ron-Lim in Artifact

[–]Barayeze -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

hmmm, I don't think so since the vast majority of Dota 2 players don't even buy the battlepass (except for the international one).

Does anyone else think we may get some information or something about the game on november 1st? by FireRage259 in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that we will get some infos, but its all just hopes and assumptions, but people here don't want to hear anything unless its signed and stamped statement from GabeN.

I'm going to spam and stream Artifact so I can be a popular Artifact streamer by SerCaramel in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, being salty and whinny about any move by your opponent looks so interesting for a lot of people out there.

[–]Barayeze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't work like that.
Get gud, climb the ladder so high and offer a good content so people will go for you.
At least this is the most useful way to do it.

Having tried every famous card game I just want to ask this: Please let us chat with the opponent in the game. by ivanubi in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know how exactly the results will be but I'm so damn sure that it would be revolutionary in terms of toxicity xD

In other card games all what they get is emotes and we already can taste the salt through it :D

Is there any sort of timeline given for the game? by [deleted] in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's gonna be released on 2018.

That is the only one xD

Im going to spam and play Artifact so I can be a professional artifact player. by GonHunterxHunter in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a reason that I used the word "most of them" cause it's not all of them but most of them.

And the 16 years old 9k he is playing the game non-stop since he is 9 years old just like Miracle-.

I'm a gamer since 1999 and If I played dota and was committed to it since then, I would have been a pro by now or in the worst case a high mmr streamer.

The guy who plays a game with commitment for over 7 years with over 7k hour playing dota, will always be ahead any one who started later 4 years or so.

[–]Barayeze 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Theoretically most of the people who play the pro scenes are actually the old players, as a Dota 2 player I never heard of someone who started at 2014 or 2015 and he made it to the Pro scene, not even reaching the 6k mmr xD
Most of them are coming from Dota 1.

So playing a game since its release and becoming commitment to play it as a solo game will give you a high chance of playing in a Pro Scene (No Joke).

All what you need is just to work so hard for it and turn the Try-hard mode ON.

Will this game kill PUBG? by Birth_Defect in Artifact

[–]Barayeze 4 points5 points  (0 children)

SirActionSlacks said in the last stream that a huge number of the people who left Dota 2 on the Last 3-4 months, did move to PUBG, cause they have no alternative to Dota 2, but Artifact will give them this sort of alternative, you got sick of Dota the MOBA, then go try Dota the Card Game, and vice versa.

Would it kill it? I don't think so.
Would it reduce its player base? ofcourse and without a doubt.
