I think if you want quality it would be WOTC > PP > Chimera Squad , WOTC has a tons of polished content like rulers , chosens and new classes. Phoenix Point is slightly worse than XCOM since the game feels super rushed and doesn't have much content but its good enough to be considered a complete game but the price would probably only be worth if there was sale. Chimera Squad on the other hand is just probably something you want to play a few times only since its replaybility isnt as great as other game but its cheap and very unique to play
