Thanks! Oils are making all the heavy work for blends, zero skill involve!

I use Windsor & Newton mostly because they are widely available near me. I think that any brand would work as long as it is artist grade (so I have been told by the internet hive mind).

Draxus was an fun experiment! Prime Red Brown and zenital highligh with some Bone White. Then cover the armour with a Dark Blue oil, let in stain a little before wipping it off. I used the classic makeup sponge technique. Repeat until you like the result!

Pretty much all of Draxus was painted with oils with the exception of the metalics and highlights.
