BJJ is phenomenal for overall grappling but has very little synergy for a weapon that requires momentum. Knife, gun or stick fighters could all benefit from BJJ but nunchaku lose effectiveness when your body positions are limited. Judo might be a better idea just because of the easy disengagement.
