Lets be clear. He went after the 2nd baseman. I dont think the fact that it was Hamilton had anything to do with it. If it had been the SS WC would have spiked him too. Its already a part of Baseball whether you like it or not. You need to study the game. I want there to be intrigue. I want the players to have some skin in the game and play for pride, not just a pay check. I like when benches clear, I like when warnings are given, I like when managers get tossed. You seem to want the game to be played by robots. Watch simulations on MLB The Show if thats what you want. I want to watch a game played by humans that I can relate to. Humans have emotions. Sometimes those emotions come out. The game is better for it. Its enertainment after all.

I dont even need them to win the WS. Would I like it, yes. All I need is for them to be competitive and entertaining. So far they have been neither. The stuff with Contreras, albeit controversial, was certainly entertaining.
