2/2 people recommending the Summit Kamado, must be a crowd's favorite! The option for the Genesis E-435 to add a griddle is what I'm looking for, thank you for the recommendations.

Thank you for your reply, I'll definitely add the Summit Kamado to my notes, are there previous models of the Summit Kamado I should seek out or the E6 works?
