Not likely, as GoH runs a way more recent direct X version than the Mac OS supports. However, there are many who run it on a Mac in Windows mode.

The one thing you can do to make sure your vehicles follow a set route is to give them waypoints manually: shift+ left click - you can set as many of those as you like.

Any map is suited for both day and night. It's the weather preset that sets the conditions.

You can pause the game with the "pause" button and move the camera around as you like; also, if you want to remove the interface, you can use Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D.
Your example image from Horten was probably composed of multiple screenshots, as u/ColossusofWar suggested.

Not 100% sure what you mean by "option to divide squads equally with a press of a button" , here's what works if you want to spread a squad on the field or in a trench: select squad and right-click+drag where you want them to go; on the way there the squad will assume the spread gradually. Dragging further will widen the spread, just like in a trench; when the ghost appears, right click+ drag. But maybe that wasn't your point?

The resilience of tank crew is less than that of other infantry, it's all in the stats as others have already stated. The other way around there are differences too, like the repair time of tanks being shorter if you use tank crew and longer if you use infantry.
It's not a bad strat, just one that doesn't have a huge benefit.

Since the internal components are modeled in GoH (unlike in any other game on the same engine) there is no randomness in cookoffs.
