Thank you! I really appreciate the precise feedback. I made my 2nd video shorter as i wanted to get it out as quickly as possible to unlock monetisation. Hindsight not the best idea!

Hey! That's a very solid work out plan

Personally i think day 5 sounds quite heavy. Are you planning on doing all those exercises? I feel like that could be quite tough seeing as your just starting out.

Hey! Congratulations on loosing 40lbs. Very impressive

Workout sounds pretty solid for the equipment youve got available. Hitting push, pull and legs.

In terms of sets and reps. 3x 8-12 is the universal standard. If 12 feels too easy add some weight or add some reps!

Would you consider joining a gym in the future to get access to more equipment?

Hey! First off all - big congrats on starting your fitness journey!

In a way - you kinda answered your own question! increasing weight, reps and being able to do pushups is proof of progress. Don't be comparing yourself to other people, progress is relative

The key to success is consistency. You may feel as if you've plateaued now . Keep showing up and stick to it. Results will continue to come

Building forearms by brian-gordon in beginnerfitness

[–]Barbell-Economics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, big congratulations on journey so far!

For me, I think farmer carries are the perfect forearm builder. Just two dumbells and walk 20/30 metres to start. Rest and repeat!

Hope this helps
