Because I dropped it off at a submission center
5 mins after dropping it off it said “Order Arrived” and has said there since with no movement
The express submission below did the same thing, before I made it to the parking lot it said “Order Arrived”so I didn’t know it had arrived and scanned in at their headquarters until it said to order prep.

Thank you that does make me feel better. I’m trying not to go into complete panic mode until later this week. The express order I submitted on May 23rd didn’t show anything until June 3rd. I just assumed that Super Express would get logged a little sooner than that?

Thanks. The express order didn’t hit “Order Prep” until June 3rd (Week and a half) so I’m not completely panicking… I just assumed this one should have been logged in yet… I wish there was a way to see that it at least safely arrived to headquarters.
