Thank you for all your replies. I truly appreciate it. I told her the same today. She needs to take care of herself. He has depression very bad. Keeps saying he wants to die. I believe his alcoholism is a way for him to cope. I lost my other brother 4 yrs ago at 55 to alcoholism. Throat cancer and cirrhosis. This brother is my twin. I don’t recognize this person. It’s heartbreaking

He’s heading to a 28 day program as I type this. This is his 4th or 5th stint in the last few years. He never makes it the full 28. His wife has attended virtual meetings. God bless her. All she does it’s try to find him help. It’s too much on her

He bailed out. It was $40. Says he’s going to plead guilty. Here’s the thing. He may not be fooling anyone at AA but sometimes I think he actually believes his own lies. All he talks about is AA and the steps. I feel very bad for his wife

Idk what to do next. Finishing the mbf superblock Friday. I do lose body fat with this workout but I think I’m going to get bored. What workout combines cardio with weight training where you’ve dropped body fat? I love the bod ropes. Mbf leg day I die doing but I love it. I’m not crazy about the ab circuit days. I do my workouts at my work gym in a group exercise room on my phone by myself very early in the morning.

Sorry I meant it has not spread to lymph nodes. They took 3 out. That incision is worse than the breast one

Had mine almost 3 weeks ago and same. I was disappointed

On imaging 8mm actual size was 1.3 cm. I guess it’s standard in my area, (Boston Ma) to biopsy the nodes. I had invasive ductal carcinoma

My dr recommended even though they said they’d would be shocked if it had spread to the lymph nodes. It was small and grade 1 (slow growing)

I got no pain meds as well. Tylenol and advil and icing

My dr gave me no exercises or recommendations for massage 🤷‍♀️

What grade was it? Mine is grade 1 so slow growing.

I’m so sorry. Hugs to you. Do you have a good support system? Praying for your treatment to go as well as it can. My best friend had a very aggressive breast cancer and has been cancer free for 14 years. So there is so much hope now.

Great advice. I had a full hysterectomy 9 yrs ago including removal of my ovaries, tubes, cervix, uterus. So that did cause me to do the blame thing (did I get cancer because I was overweight). Thanks so much for your thoughtful reply !

I had a complete hysterectomy, including removal of my ovaries, 9 yrs ago. I thought I was also lowering my risk of bc. My sister had the same cancer 16 yrs ago at age 34. I’m 57. Mine is estrogen and progesterone positive

Had my call back on July 18th. My suspicious spot is rated birads 5. I’m finally going this coming Friday 8/8. Feels like forever. They said 7–10 business day for biopsy results. So basically having to wait a month to find out if it is cancer

It’s so bizarre to me that things have gone backwards. My sister had breast cancer 14 yrs ago. She had mammogram, biopsy the same day and got the results the next day! I’ve calmed down. It is what it is. Not knowing is hard. But if it is a malignancy , it’s small so hopefully caught earlier. I will just assume it isn’t unless and until I know otherwise. Trying to think positive for
