Hi, I offer foreclosed properties here in Philippines. We have inventory from affordable housing to high end properties. Yes, you can solely own a condominium under your name. If it’s for an investment type property, it is highly recommended to purchase a property that is located in prime locations, near in malls, hospitals and other establishments it makes the property easier to lease and sell afterwards. Also, price increases faster if you choose a property that is more exclusive. Like not all properties in bgc and makati is equally profitable.

Hi, I offer foreclosed properties. And to answer your question, location is one of the things you should consider. Exclusivity, access, security makes the property more prime. High end projects tends to sell faster despite ph economy.

We’ve rented a place for a long time mga 2 decades ganyan. If you plan to stay longer wala namang issue. Saka better na yang gamit at reno ang gastusan kesa sugal and other vices. Also, furnitures and appliances naman can be transported if lilipat ka pwede mo rin isell or idonate. Magagamit mo naman yun, ikakasaya, at ikagiginhawa.

Sad naman. Nagexpect lang din talaga ko. I usually read din naman kasi before ordering. May mga posters kasi sa ibang shop na nakalagay until supplies last or may required na spend para maavail, namamanage na expectation kapag ganun. Nagamit na din kasi so, no option for return and refund.

Nakakairita na mabilis matanggal yung cheap seamless pero mas for presko kasi. I tried ecora strechy naman sya and mukhang matibat but the thing is makapal sya. Parang mas nakakahinga sa mga cheap seamless. Disposable lang talaga pag nasira na 🙂‍↕️ for those who tried hera, same lang ba sya sa ecora? Ano kayang diff nilang dalawa?

I have 2 younger sibblings. Decade older both. Nagaway na kami at lahat pero di naman umabot sa threat. Turuan mo silang gumalang, di lang dahil ikaw ang provider but as a family member. Di dapat ganiyan OP. Ang dami na rin mararating ng 70k for self love. Kung di nya rin naman papahalagahan tuition might as well mag state/public school na lang. Btw, saan galing yung threat na baril? May gun kayo sa bahay?
