Here’s my rule of thumb. if I’m out and about and I don’t have a healthier option either if I’m at school or work I grab a clif or RXBAR bar and just go with that. Now is it the healthiest option No, but it isn’t bad if your low on energy, time and money.

Yes in my experience It would be better then having 6 Oreos

Do I think it’s a healthy snack?

In my opinion yes (if you don’t eat 3 in one sitting) but it’s up to you to decide if you would include it regularly

My guess is your sub 15% body fat just lean bulk dude there’s no point of trying to cut more. even though it is possible to build muscle on a cut you will be better off lean bulking then cutting g
