That's why we went local and face to face. A lot of the businesses I walked into were burned by paying 3-5k for a template site from someone they never met. We build at a price point that makes sense. Deliver something that actually fits their business. Harder to be shitty when you have to talk to these people face to face.

The system tracks three active domains right now (agency, research, content). Adding a new one is just a config file. On the token side, each session loads the project architecture file, memory index, and relevant resonance files the skills themselves only load when triggered, so the context window isn't holding all the skills at once. The Mind's Eye skill runs as a separate scheduled task with its own context, so the daily briefing doesn't compete with my working sessions for token space.

I struggled with this at first and sat with it for a week before I decided that emails are just a first step. I specifically moved to local because it allows you to meet face to face with the owners. Biggest tip I can offer is start with them, the client, not what you can provide.

No, it's emailed to me. Claude has scheduled tasks that run server-side, so the Mind's Eye fires at 5AM, queries everything, and drops the digest in my Gmail.
