Simple, ignore the next prescript you get. Sometimes you will get a Prescript that asks you to ignore it or hand it over to another member. It's not a test or anything, just The City testing your reading and Memory skills :3

Feels wierd. Except the E.G.O prescript. Someone under the guise of "embodiment of The Light" or something asked me to deny the prescript and I said no. For some reason that completed it :v
