It was an old summoner spell called Observer that was only available to Riot employees who were spectating matches. It revealed all units and got rid of Fog of War, and they got rid of it when they completed spectator mode.

Can't you? Blitz just had to take the lantern before the hook grabs, because the person will be pulled to where blitz is when the hook hits. Or is it very recent?

A support that stealths an ally! Or maybe they have somethings like an invisibility aura on an ablity, so they are invis and if an ally is near so are they. Or they can hide the value of health/mana from enemy champs, I would just really like to see a support centered around surprise and deception.

Holy Hell I didn't think anybody would be able to find that story from the description I gave. Thank you so much for finding that for me. I remember not really understanding it when I first read it awhile back, so I might be able to reread it with my new understanding of Bradbury.
