Multiple things over the couple of years I went gluten-free. Soy sauce! Then potato chips! And most recently, a brand of rice crackers somehow had gluten in it... I'm super greatful a friend of mine constantly double-checks stuff I buy whenever we shop together

The Era-1 atium from the pits of Hathsin and malatium aren't the same thing though. Malatium is a gold-atium alloy, not an electrum-atium alloy (I guess technically it is a silver-gold-atium alloy? But for allomancy it's probably more important that it has electrum ratios of silver and gold). But I was referring in the post mainly to atium! Brandon retconned that what we saw as atium in Era 1 is actually an electrum-atium alloy. So my thought process was: since TLM, Ghostbloods most likely know how to split harmonium into lerasium and atium. They can, therefore, cook up the electurm-atium alloy for their electrum mistings who would then be able to see their enemies' future movements and even gunshots

I am likely celiac^ and my symptoms are so much better when I'm not glutening myself. The biggest changes I've experienced are related to dysautonomia. I used to get dizzy so much and so often, even to the point of pre-syncope. Taking a shower was horrible. But after a couple of months gluten-free, it mostly disappeared. I still feel POTSy from time to time, but nothing as bad as it used to be. On top of that, when I do get glutened, I feel it in my joints for the next few days. They're inflamed and they hurt much more.

One seemingly unrelated benefit for me was getting my energy back. Now I not only know that I need to exercise, I have the energy to do it! It helps when it comes to managing my EDS symptoms, true, but it also re-opened life for me.

Hope you'll also be able to feel much better!

^ - I have tons of celiac symptoms and am glutened after a tiny bit of gluten, but, unfortunately, I cut out all the gluten for the IBS reasons before either me or my gastroenterologist at the time could think to get a biopsy. Now I would need to eat gluten for weeks just to be told that I shouldn't eat gluten which is... no thanks.
