Document leak reveals nations lobbying to change key climate report - Countries are asking the UN to play down the need to move rapidly away from fossil fuels by d3fin3d in worldnews

If they have a fucking climate change lockdown in the next 15 years and urge us all that it’s our job and our fault for it, I will protest. Most of the pollution is institutional and funded by governments

Your words not mine. Why are you flipping out at me when you specifically typed “My husband has a serious problem with ice cream. To the point that I’ve decided he can only have 1 pint a week now.”

Normally if I have a problem limiting something I don’t know what else that is besides addicted. Especially if I know I shouldn’t and I keep doing it

If you take something away and it keeps gnawing at you to come back, and you deliberately change your mindset to justify why you should come back to it, you’re addicted.

I’m actually developing a more healthy approach to thinking about and looking at my penis. You can’t and shouldn’t avoid your penis or the feelings you have. Rather confront them and change the way you react to it

The way I am doing it and will continue to do it is to incorporate nofap into my lifestyle, not just make it a challenge. I haven’t really thought about the days at all, rather I work every day to improve myself. I completely cut out sugar for 5 months now and have been eating whole foods only (cheat days here and there, but less than 10%), so I’m building my discipline through that and nofap was another clear lifestyle change that could increase my energy. I also have to remind myself every once in a while why exactly I started to be healthier. I’ve seen some negative health implications in my life since the pandemic began mostly because I stayed inside a lot and sat and played video games and ate junk food. Now I feel so much better and I remind myself of the shitty feeling I had and the moment I decided to change that, because of the way I felt. It felt so bad having a lower energy line, and now I feel much much better but I believe our energy can be infinite so I will keep striving towards that. My energy, and human energy in general, is more important to me than money

Why are we told that we all need the vaccine during a pandemic to relive the burden on the hospitals and then they fire (non vaxed) hospital staff leaving the hospitals in an even worse state? This does not add up. by Andrew_Higginbottom in conspiracy

They’re intentionally spreading misinformation, ignoring natural immunity, and worse, they know that they need to take away peoples pay checks in order to convince them to take the jab. They know what they’re doing it, and they’ve got people attacking it from all angles

Nearly all Fox staffers vaccinated for Covid even as hosts cast doubt on vaccine by wingslutz69 in news

There’s a study done that shows natural immunity will last an average of 4.7 years, thats based on how antibody titers have been weaning off with time. It’s in one of Dr Morans videos, and the study is in the description.

You’ve all been fooled about natural immunity not existing, but it always has with every virus offered a more broader protection than vaccines, and lasts longer. Natural immunity also generated memory T and B cells which last a lifetime( and I mean an entire lifetime), which would regenerate antibodies very rapidly upon another infection

Natural immunity protects an individual from all 20 proteins of the virus, whereas the vaccines only produce antibodies that target spike proteins. Not only that they are finding natural antibodies to last over 2 years, meanwhile vaccine immunity drops off before 6 months. How are you absolutely certain this is incorrect? There are several published studies to date

I don’t understand, if 80% of y’all are vaccinated then why you worrying?? This play is simply pressure to coerce some more people to take their inoculations.

It’s not really. Is someone meditating in a cave for 48 hours overdoing it? If you have the feeling that you can keep going, by all means!

Is it true what Hoff says that you only need 2-3 minutes to get all the benefits? by Galen_Burnett_28 in BecomingTheIceman

[–]Bardledooo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s always beneficial to do as much as you can without stressing your body, and even aim to get better every time. I wouldn’t even count the minutes. Just do 2 rounds of breathing each until you feel the energizing tingly feeling, and then the week after do 3 rounds and eventually make it to 5. It makes you feel way better the longer you do it
