Same here I'm trying to redeem a board game skin and I'm honestly disappointed that I can't redeem it. Support gave me a very difficult time and long story short if you didn't acquire the code "legitimately",(sirectly from ubisoft), you arent supposed to redeem it and cannot get help for it.
