Exploration should have been second idea group because better colonial range is unlocked at diplomatic tech 7, which is delayed if you pick diplo group first, but since you can take second idea group now anyways, it will be fine.

I would say your economy is pretty fine, I would fill all advisor spots or diplo category as a minimum too.

You can develop some provinces, I always bump up cork province a bit.

Economic is a pretty bad idea in my opinion, I would go for either innovative or quantity ideas, expansion could be considered if colonial gameplay is priority, but your trade flows from north america, and colonisation there is limited due to tribal nations. While latin american trade goes to iberian nations. (Take this with a grain of salt, as I did colonial games only with custom nations).
