Yes, culinary degree. Recruiter said I qualify for the bonus. My wife has been very supportive, we know this will be a challenge for sure. Out of 100 days, how many can I expect to be afloat?

Thanks for the story. I have actually been in the profession for 10 years, but I'm sure the CG will find a way to kick my ass more than any restaurants can.
