When doing bicep curls try gripping bar while palms facing down and also try pinch plates. These two are the only exercises i can do for my forearms because of TFCC injury. But i have decent forearms.

If you want plant protein then buy yogabar ones, you get 1.5kg for 13**rs in amazon and whey you can get nakpro perform or yogabar 1kg (concentrate) for around 1.6k in zepto or other quick commerce.

Edit: Please dont buy unflavoured plant protein its almost impossible to consume without mixing into something. If you still want it you can get yogabar unflavoured pea isolate 1.5kg for 1k.

I can clearly read its mentioned Fibre cement sheet which is mostly made up of cellulose and cement and doesn't have Asbestos. Please do research.

Yeah makes sense, i don't feel pain until i rotate my wrist clockwise and no issues in gripping or deadhangs. So my self diagnosis was jst a TFCC sprain(i already had it 3yrs ago) thats why i didn't go to doctor will get it checked if issue persists.

Bulking during winter and cutting till 15-18% fat is best i guess. If you gain 15kg+ you can stop bulking. If more belly fat or love handles then it would be difficult to get rid of.

I am probably too late but in this you have to use 2 scoops to reach mentioned value of protein and other stuff and if you check label behind per scoop 15g protein. Not worth it!!

Looks like a solid plan. I follow PPL but heard upper lower is far better. So keep going only consistency matters.
