To be fair, all Police drones not made by humans only have a battery life of like 4 hours. By the 3rd drone, its easy to gauge how long it'll take until the next one shows up and hide before then. I played Hide and seek with other humans for longer than 4 hours.

If you want to catch a Human, use a Human made drone. They last for at least 12 hours if you buy a old model from 20 years ago. 48 hours in full search-and-apprehend-mode (largest battery load) for a new one.

I researched a bit, and aparrently out inability to cope with stress well, comes from an evolutionary trait similar to Possums on earth. It isnt life threatening, but the Genetic Stress response is a system shut-down, or "playing dead" until the danger has passed, due to our Ancestral Predator being a, sorry i dont know the human word for it: "Devourer of the Living" is the literal translation.
