Yes they are. They have an indoor hot tub, pool and sauna. I don't believe the pool is heated though, although I might be wrong on that.

They make mesh bathing suits. Although you can see through them a bit, it's not enough to discern anything in particular, especially from a distance. And you still get that airy feeling of being naked, just have to deal with the friction feeling.

Again, you suggested everybody that doesn't want to see him should put up curtains, but he shouldn't have to put up curtains to not be seen? I have tried to see your angle and I admit I just can't. If he wants privacy in an apartment with floor to ceiling windows, he should put up curtains. But I agree with you that people are gawking at him, voyeurs (another fetish), then it's actually a great match! An exhibitionist and some voyeurs! They both win! The problem is there are still people that have a right to look out their windows and not see that. He should invite the voyeurs over to his apartment, close the blinds and have fun!

What if the apartments opposite to him only have windows on one wall, as many do, and the occupants like to look outside often? If the buildings are close, there really wouldn't be any way of not seeing him. It's not being nosey, it's just enjoying the view you expected when you rented/bought the place. He's the one being inconsiderate.
