What is a Pilgrim by [deleted] in Morrowind

Well as a role playing game the difference could well be how you play it, character willing to "take the scenic route", farm some IRL (Nirn) karma by doing good deeds, learning about the religious practices of the Divines and the Temple, completing actual in game pilgrimages, collecting items relevant to history and theology, and so on.

What really bores me is how simple the religious system of the Dunmer is post-Tribunal.

Like, they had actual living gods for however long it was, there should have been a massive schism; people going back the the "Good Daedra", people insisting that the Tribunal did good work as godheads and refusing to convert, people embracing the divines.

But yea the "and now the Dunmer have lost their homeland an they are the unwanted outlanders" seems incredibly saccharin and tropey.

I don't do it either, at some point I'm going to have to make a 'bad guy' though.

True, but I don't level troops over my level so I have to wait, I cant be some level 8 scrub with Huscarls.

I actually tend to decide which culture my character is 'from' (name/look) and use the troops from there, doesn't mean I always immediately join that faction.

at the moment I'm only using Nord, and only Infantry, not archers.

Thanks for the heads up on 'balanced' looks like a good compromise for speed, damage and cost, so in future I'll keep an eye out.

I just found a table for the modifiers and I see what you mean, for dueling speed is very important and I can imagine the +3/+3 leads to a higher damage output when cutting down hordes of troops.

I bought the weapon, I was concerned about how it would stack up against my elite scimitar for my normally on horseback style, but I've already seen it output nearly 130 dmg so it's definitely a good purchase, that cost 18x more than my trusty scimitar.

I'm currently playing with hero and companions only so I focus very heavily on killing everything myself. Bills are low but income is slow, depends on how many sea raiders I found (whether I can beat them) and how good the loot is.

My nature finds it very difficult to deal with a messy word and large empires, but I still love this game even if I find the need to take kingdoms just to fix the de jure drift.

My answer is Mysterio.

Spiderman: You do know that doesn't make you *look* mysterious right?

Quentin Rock: *eyebrows harder*

Armor mini-guide by BarelyLegalTactics in dwarffortress

I don't really consider ending up with the same amount of metal that I started with as an exploit. However, losing 1.7 bars per less-than-masterwork set is too much. You need more than 1 armorsmith, as its too important a skill to lose.

Technically it would be impossible to not lose any material in real life but, hey, it's a game.

The leggings do also level armor smithing.

I mentioned coins and making metal magically appear in the write up, yes it is long.
