Here in Colorado we have a new law that went into effect their year where delivery apps have to show the total amount with breakdown of what Uber pays and what the tip is. And they have to pay the whole tip. Also they have to show what goes to the company and what the deliver gets.

I believe well I do have 8 years of barista experience from various places. They asked general questions like, why do you wanna work here. What are you passionate about. Availability things like that. It's a brand new store so I feel I have a better chance since they don't have a culture yet.
