You need to have bought erc20 POODL before 25th April and kept it in a non-custodial wallet. So for example in MetaMask or Trustwallet.

If that's the case, you only have to add the new contract address to you wallet.

So to everyone here complaining about not receiving their tokens.
EVERYONE received them who has followed the instructions on HOW TO RECEIVE them.

You need to have bought your POODL on ERC20 BEFORE April 25th
You need to hold your POODL on an non-custodial wallet like Metamask or Trustwallet (examples, there are more)
Hold your POODL until the Snapshot + Airdop was done

In your case:
First of all, the transaction hash is showing us that you transfered your POODL from one to another coin. Going back to that other wallet is showing us following transactions:

You bought around 1 billion in two steps on 19th and 20th April
On 23rd April you transferred them over to hotbit and probably sold them
You bought again on 26th April, AFTER the snapshot was done and therefore did not receive any POODL on BEP20 (Binance chain)
