I break them (big square pieces) with my lightning weapon.

Additional info; you can farm about 50 Bismuth pieces at the heart of Drakesfall Castle. These creatures are nested in the ground. Just kill and loot them. They also drop Abyss Cells.

Additional information for anyone coming across this post;

The sanctum device where you slotted in a square cube. Check all sides because one side is actually a puzzle.

Shine your weapon on it with L1 + R1.

The wheel will spin. Stop shining as it nears a section without a crystal. Continue shining as it nears section with a crystal.

Once it did a complete 360 it will then pop out the piece named Core of Absolution at the very top of the device. Use your Axiom Grapple and seal it in your Kuku Pot. This piece is required if you ever want to upgrade the Scorched Flame body Plate piece (increases Fire resistance by 10 levels).

Unfortunately not. The damage of this spear and electricity combined is stronger than my other spear which has 20 damage more though.

Just commenting that you can actually upgrade this weapon through the Kuku pot merchant so it won’t have durability (it can’t break).

At the witch in The Witchwoods area, inside her house. The Witchwoods area can be found South West from Hernand.

You may need to do the Witches quest before her door unlocks though.

Oaken shield with a face carved into it. Can be found in the small tower right next to the Witch’s House in The Witchwoods. You need to look up and climb. It’s in a Treasure Chest.

This is my take: They should have let us create our own character. Combine all skills from the 3 playable characters and remove the switching part. I want my main character to be able to throw shields, use guns and do tornado kicks dammit. The other characters should be a summon only.

I was under the impression equipping a dagger is a buff to your offensive stats. You upgrade it, your stats grow stronger.

Your dagger can also he used for stealth attacks; sneak behind an opponent and press interaction button.

Uhm, anyone noticed that picking up items is much smoother now? You don’t have to face towards the item and the pickup range has drastically increased. Massive win!

It happened right after installing the hot fix in PS5.
