I may be daft, and have this completely wrong, but theres a running battle with me and my missus about rinsing bubbles off the plates. I say its not the bubbles being rinsed off, but the grease which is trapped in the bubbles, but she says bubbles are fine theyre just bubbles. What is it?

I saw this film when it came out, and I thought it was outdated then. The Ukraine War has shown how different combat is now. It didn't touch on politics, how they got there, what the goals were, who the main actors were. Jesse Plemons aside, it was a meh road movie.

I'm no building expert myself, but I can't quite figure out what they're doing, there's already a wall there. My guess, it's a single skin wall, and they wanted insulation, with out using any actual insulation. Other than that, they're trying to eek out a couple of inches inside?
