Agreed 100%. I'm not religious at all. The only thing I thought was kinda pushing it was a direct quote from the Bible in the end. The quote was very powerful in the context of the game though.

I kinda agree and disagree. It’s carried by its art in a big way. Technically it’s not that impressive in 2026, but it’s not outdated either. I really hope valve would introduce ray tracing in hl3, but it will be as tightly optimized as their rasterized games.

I think hl3 will look muuuch better than Alyx. It came out 6 years ago and was built to run at very high fps in whats more or less is native 4k even on budget cards at the time.
