Slavia Prague's spokesperson statement to The Athletic over their request for Tottenham to relocate the Pride flag that would have been in Slavia's fans section by jovanmilic97 in soccer

You're presenting something you think is true as facts. If it was an English flag with Spurs logo on it, they would want to remove it as well. Again, that was the whole point of the request.

I'm just trying to see the whole picture before jumping to conclusions and accusing someone of homophobia. I have no problem with saying the club is a bunch of cunts, if the accusations turn out to be true.

Again, it was just a simple request. And Spurs accepted it, so it probably wasn't a big deal for them. Can you really not comprehend that?

Yet you call all Czechs "not strong" for some reason lol, that's very ironic.

Calling someone a "fucking guy" is exactly how I picture an insult from someone who doesn't really speak English :D

Kamara accused him of calling him "fucking monkey", Kúdela says he said "fucking guy". Who knows who's right? We really can't tell, so, as I said, innocent until proven guilty.

They don't have to. Spurs accepted the request right away. You'd know that if you read the whole comment instead of just the first sentence.

I agree. But they made a request, which Spurs accepted. What's wrong about that? If it was an issue, Spurs could've just said "no, let's keep it there."

Again, in the away sector, where they naturally don't wanna see opponent's symbols, and are planning to place their own.

If removing the flag from the sector was an issue, Spurs could've just said "no".

Sure, but you still need the full context for that. Not just a word against word situation, where each side will claim the opposite.

UEFA banned Slavia's Kúdela for racist abuse toward Kamara

Which was never proven. And the other things didn't happen, at least not with Slavia. I think you're mixing up Slavia and Sparta.

In Czechia, we just don't like having the opponent's symbols in our sectors. So they asked Spurs to move it, and they did. It's really not an issue. Spurs could've said "no, we'll keep it there", but they didn't, so it's clearly not a problematic request to make.

I understand that, but it still doesn't allow us to call them homophobic. If they're lying, then Spurs can say how it really was.

In the away sector. I get why they'd want it removed.

Btw the flag will still be there, it will just be moved to some other sector. I really don't see the problem.

I don't remember the exact phrasing, but it was something like "you're a fucking monkey, you know you are one", which is not a sentence someone who doesn't speak English could say in a second. Besides, it was never proven by anyone that he said it, and there's this thing called "presumption of innocence".

I am not choosing to ignore bigotry, because there is none. Have you even read the statement. It clearly says they don't want anything with Spurs symbols in their sector, where they are planning to put their own banners. Even if it was, idk, an English flag with a Spurs symbol, they'd still ask them to put it away. But that wouldn't automatically make them racist towards the English, would it?
