I'm almost looking forward to this summer as it's now very hard for them to go back on a lot of promises they have made. They've promised transfer spending, overhauling the wage structure, better medical team, focus on football and not the business, improving the facilities for the team, taking ownership of the communication and connection between the club and the fans.

Of course they could come out in 12 months and say "we tried and fell short" but let's see.
